unedited version of the week 4 of 2026 sketch serpent (skin) study that (d)evolved into experimental expressive doodling (take a guess at what point I had enough of studying...) #art #snake #traditionalart #ink #illustration #inkdrawing #serpent #artsky #sketch

To counter my waning enthusiasm to create new art I'm challenging myself to have at least one weekly sketch (that is also presented in these album charts on my music related account) Here's the full unedited image for week 1 #darkart #chalice #eye #sketch #inkdrawing

ink drawing sketch of a stylized chalice with smoke emerging from the top

A rather new and experimental piece for the band #Hasswald depicting a transformation of the spirit This version has made it into the video of their latest EP, I might be editing it a bit more for the use as a booklet illustration. What do you think? #art #darkart #illustration #heavymusicartwork

#Illustration for #IllumAdora done in 2021 and used for a gig shirt and some vinyl covers as part of #hellpike fanzine The concept is a homage to a certain #MercifulFate image combined with Illum Adora's plague mask (Pestmaske) aesthetic and ophidian theme #art #darkart #metalsky #blackmetalsky

#Illustration for a current booklet layout project. Likely not the final edit. It's quite challenging to channel the essence of a song into a mere image and yes, clear inspiration taken from my obsession with the #blazeofperdition cover by @karmazid.bsky.social #art #darkart #cosmic #alchemy

My first attempt at being "inspired" by the work of sir @karmazid.bsky.social a proper mess but good exercise nonetheless #art #darkart #abstractart #fractal #cosmic #vortex #ink

an abstract mess with a figure being sucked into a vortex
