As the video shows, you just grab a generic anime base and...fuck it up a lot, until the proportions are unrecognizable, makes for cool ass poses for cartoony styles like mine, this is the base i fucked up for my drawing

An anime base i found by searching "Anime drawing base" on google, and later distorted HEAVILY with the liquify tool in Krita for these exaggerated proportions
