Was another “trip around the sun” day for me today🎂. I bravely put on a smile in the midst of my thieving chronic pain & insomnia. Autoimmune diseases are horrible, so is Cancer 3x I’m not quite the person I used to be with all this pain, but today a few people came to see me. I’ll take the win 🕊️🌸

Praying for those impacted by the flooding in Niagara region .. my family has had their home flooded twice in 7 days & another deluge is expected tonight. I’m worried about the huge financial impact this is having on them 😔😰🤞😥

I have conflicting feelings about AI gen art. While the vids are fun to watch, AI music is something that I don’t want to like. That comes from the part of me thats been to many live shows over my many years. This song has a great vibe though, musically and lyrically 😎 youtu.be/mtpD-AuSnFU?...

The leader of Canada’s opposition party…PP .. is such an arrogant dismissive asshat. He is rallying people around the fact that they find him monumentally unlikable and most likely not because he’s got any worthy policies. The CPP won’t be winners with this douchecanoe as leader !!!🤨🤨

In 1977, I saw Led Zeppelin at the Los Angeles Forum. It was like a religious experience for me. The music pulsed through my body with each note from Jimmy Page & John Paul Johns, Bonham's incredible drumming, and Plant's voice was like nothing I ever heard! #AgingTogether youtu.be/Ca3VI4aGDjc?...

Watching DIRTY SCOUNDRELS program about “The Dr. Phil Show”. 😳 Have to admit I spent a fair amount of time watching him & falling prey to his psychobabble. How horrible that he was the machinery behind so much of the dysfunction he pretended to give aid to. It was all smoke & mirrors for his grift😡
