I guess it's obvious, but I just noticed how much my #Meta Quest 3 #VR headset was passively sending data to #Facebook even if it's not used. developers.facebook.com/docs/marketi... The data schema doesn't seem that bad, but I'm wondering the purpose of constantly sending this in the background.

Finally, a functioning #selfhosted cloud infra with split-horizon and HA using SBC nodes. All under 80w during active usage! Now I‘m waiting for the AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 mini PC to arrive to finalize the setup. I can‘t recommend #proxmox and #dietpi enough.

I think #proton mail and VPN is really nice. Heck, even their password manager is really cool! But fuck #ProtonCalendar. I get that they don't support CalDAV for security reasons (same reason for not supporting SMTP or POP3). It's messing up all of my professional scheduling and mail clients.
