Okay, covid peeps. I’m trying not to freak out. I have no symptoms but just took a preventative, safety Flowflex covid test. I just flew on a plane 3 days ago. Test 1 I see a super faint line. I took a second and see nothing. So I took a third and can’t tell but I think nothing.

Yes! “Prevents” is a big word. As a regular person, if you told me a vaccination would prevent infection, I would expect the protection to be really strong. I know we have much better prevention of infection from other vaccines, but with sars-cov-2 still being so new, I understand it’s not the same.

but it is fact that being vaccinated doesn’t mean you can’t still catch and spread ‘vid. Vaccination obviously is still incredibly important, as I emphasize in my follow up video. But I try to communicate mostly to the “vax and relax” crowd. That crowd is almost always my audience!
