#Writingtip 1.6: Avoid an attack of the unnecessary initial-caps when writing about food. In most style guides, menu items don't count as proper names, so you can lower-cap 'em. a thing I can't stop thinking about is as traditional media collapsed, more and more reporters who wanted to do the media work they wanted to do started their own thing, and under an anti-free press Trump regime will not be able to afford the legal safeguards of the newsrooms they left when targeted
