My recipe is similar with the addition of lemon juice, nutritional yeast, bit of black pepper.. this time I used pepitas along with the toasted pine nuts but they didn’t blend up as well..

Gave them a shot some months back when I noticed the word vegan on their menu. Very disappointing tho, staff was clueless and the “vegan Cobb” was boring AF. When you have to modify items they usually end up wanting in umami. Try harder CF!!!

I agree in part. But with regard to your last sentence here, it’s not entirely true. Humans have broken ecological systems all over the world. At the same time we are the only ones with the power to rectify and mitigate the damage we’ve done. Thru permaculture and reforesting we can make amends…
