8th game of 2025: Double Dragon [NES] (Switch via Double Dragon/Kunio-Kun Bundle) I played this game a bit as a kid but this is the first time I've managed to finish it. It's got some fuckass cheap enemies, and I hate that the "upgraded" attacks mostly just make it easier for them to interrupt you.

6th game of 2025: Koudelka (PS1) I want to love this game, because horror RPGs are something we really need a lot more of. While I do LIKE it, the obvious rift in design between its survival horror elements and RPG elements sometimes makes it hard to really appreciate the overall package.

yeah I've seen bundles of the game and mouse for decent prices and considered picking it up, but haven't gotten around to it. Switch online would be easier than having a controller I'm only going to use for one game laying around lol
