Not often I'm lost for words (as many will attest) but this review has definitely hit me in the feels. Now if you'll excuse me, there's something in my eye...😭

Finally got round to watching Masters of the Universe. What glorious fun and hijinks. Break out a big old bottle of nostalgia and grease me up. 5 out of 5 tiny loin cloths. I have the power!!! 🗡

Last night, after nearly 600 hours of adventure, my first full campaign as a DM came to an end. There was joy, laughter, death, loss, victory, a killer whale drop, a projectile seahorse, and the final boss was felled by an angry cat. It was everything I could have hoped for and more. Again! Again!

I've got Lou Reed's Perfect Day stuck in my head, only my brain keeps changing the lyrics to 'Such a perfect day, eat animals in the zoo'.

Absolutely over the moon that The Hallows has been selected as The Fantasy Hive's SPFBO11 finalist. Massive congrats to all the semi finalists as well. No mean feat! Now to celebrate with 5000 ice pops!

The Silent Division is coming to Patreon! I’m releasing weekly instalments of my latest novel exclusively for my Patreon supporters, starting on Monday. A late 1800s gaslamp portal fantasy, where the world faces a deadly threat to its very survival from ancient magic.

I was warned my puppy might have a "sensitive stomach". Here’s a list of things she's tried (and failed) to eat this week: a latex glove, a ham sandwich with gravel in it, a dead frog, an entire table, dental floss, a bee. Sensitive tummy my shoe. Oh yes, she also tried to eat my shoe.

Managed to completely miss the entirety of my face to squirt moisturiser directly into my eyeball this morning, so that's how my day is going.

Look at this very cool thing that is happening in two weeks time in #Shrewsbury! Its going to be awesome a) because its free, b) because its full of amazing indie authors and c) because it means my office won't be full of banners/posters/staging/boxes of book swag anymore
