My Target Article in American Journal of #Bioethics is out. I argue that improving resident #safety in #AgedCare does not require rejecting all #blame: punitive blame should be resisted, but there is room for #fair, #non-punitive blame by residents or advocates. A call for #commentary to follow!

New paper out now in Medicine, Health Care and Philosophy on #vulnerability as a normative concept in #bioethics (Open-Access). I revisit two sceptical challenges, arguing that they largely survive Mackenzie’s defence. I then examine alternative strategies, which I argue are unlikely to succeed.
