HoeenHero @hoeenhero.bsky.social · 24/02/2026With LUTI divs being recently released I think its important to remind everyone of a few things: - LUTI divs are not designed to estimate community skill, we just use them for that anyways. - There are a limited number of spots in each division, not unlimited like in a skill estimation system. 14110

Reposted by HoeenHeroJoy @joythedatanerd.bsky.social · 29/12/2025Worth noting that if the apology for the gem situation involves trading which person is “the bad one,” it’s not really growth. It’s saying “I’m sorry I picked the wrong team” 520344
HoeenHero @hoeenhero.bsky.social · 13/12/2025Providing good Splatoon commentary can be a challenge. Thats why me and @krakenmare77.ink will NOT even attempt to be good commentators for Low Ink Day 1 tomorrow from around 2:30 PM ET till end of day. Instead, there will be large quantities of shenanigans, jokes, and random off-topic discussions 24614

HoeenHero @hoeenhero.bsky.social · 25/08/2025Honestly this is a great point to highlight. The signatory representatives have a direct line of communication with SSC. While we don't get case details to protect victims, we do use that line to ask questions to SSC. Typically if something seems wrong, your TOs are speaking with SSC about it. (1/3) 1181
HoeenHero @hoeenhero.bsky.social · 24/08/2025If your willing to lend a hand, that would be great. I'd rather not have to over-extend myself and the rest of the available staff, just ask @splatoonlily.bsky.social about how exhausting it can be when you have to be there the whole day or even weekend lol. Send me questions if you have em. 12512
Reposted by HoeenHerograce^^ @tubnug.bsky.social · 23/08/2025scep took up the mantle of being a public figure taking action to make the community safer. and you know what happened to them? they got doxxed. they get attacked for any mistake. it’s a proven fact that we can’t keep functioning without splat safety. it’s not sustainable. it’s hurting good people. 16817
HoeenHero @hoeenhero.bsky.social · 23/08/2025That event made me lose a large amount of my drive and interest in this community. The damage caused both directly to those attacked and indirectly to others was massive. You just didn't hear about it because everyone was keeping quiet to try and protect themselves. I know I'm far from the only one. 39913
