Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 15/12/2025Good blog. V funny that this movie even exists, done as a favor by the studio for Jim Brooks in exchange for him to rally the troops for a 2nd Simpsons movie. 011
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 02/12/2025I have a heavily used and perpetually disgruntled aaron rodgers in the back here somewhere, i'll find it for you... 130

Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 07/07/2025They are for children. And parents of them desperate for things to do with them. We are many, and pretty undiscerning. 020
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 30/06/2025Billy you'd also be taxing everyone else. If you did what you're saying you'd be able to easily provide universal health care. I think most people would like to go see the doctor more than they'd like to have their diapers delivered to their house by Tuesday. 1501
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 15/06/2025I think the Magic were a lot closer to the Pacers/Knicks tier when healthy last year than people realize. Paolo, Franz and Suggs played 6 games and 97 total minutes together last year. Just them having a fully healthy season likely puts them up close to 50 wins. Adding Bane? They'll be in the mix. 210
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 15/06/2025I think it's less about having a true PG and more about cobbling together enough total playmaking across your lineup. Suggs, Franz, Paolo, and Bane are all B- to B+ playmakers. I think it works. 120
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 13/06/2025very embarrassing thing for you to post, senator, thank you 000
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 28/05/2025It's the top 3, then a gap. I think you could honestly make a case for any of the top 3 at #1 after the seasons they each just had. 000
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 16/05/2025She's just moltin! She'll be a knockout again soon enough. 110
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 09/05/20253 years ago I noticed my first indigo bunting and decided I simply must see as many birds as I can for the rest of my life. Today I got the best shot I've gotten of one yet. Cheers to you, my spark bird 🪶 081
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 08/05/2025Literally nothing. Sometimes 2% chances happen and it's cool when they do. 020
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 06/05/2025That's fair. Hard to see fouling immediately in the back court with that much time left being compatible with any choice. You really can only decrease win probability sending them to the line from there. 010
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 06/05/2025This dunk should've sealed the game! Jokic is out of the game, the best defense in the league is set, Denver has no timeouts. Worst case scenario is a pretty desperate Denver shot to tie after going the length of the court... unless you bail them out by fouling immediately. 110
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 05/05/2025Very few Pennsylvania backyard birds as striking as the Baltimore Oriole 🪶 0140
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 27/04/2025Didn’t Biden beat Trump? What evidence do you have that it had no impact? 000
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 27/04/2025You’re not going after newsmax viewers. You’re trying to get the vast majority of Americans who disagree with Trump excited about supporting the party that opposes him. Impeachment is a no-brainer political win. 100
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 27/04/2025Sending the collaborationists packing within the confines of the existing political structure is prob the most efficient path, of the many suboptimal but realistic outcomes. 100
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 26/04/2025Both teams do that trade again 100 times out of 100. A great fun trade where everyone won. 000
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 26/04/2025Have to assume they got some sort of assurance from rodgers at this point otherwise lol 000

Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 24/04/2025On one hand they suck and none of their uses are worth the acres of destroyed rainforest. On the other hand I can completely displace like 75% of the work of corporate lawyers that want to charge $900/hour to copy and paste shit. (This is still not a good use of LLMs and they should be abolished). 010
Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 23/04/2025I sincerely cannot think of a less provocative, less trolly thinker than Yglesias whose whole thing is mostly just to insist that obviously true things are in fact true 010

Birdman @hoedy.bsky.social · 17/04/2025I just rolled credits and IMMEDIATELY jumped back in because there’s so much story left. I can’t remember the last time the story was the main thing pulling me back to a game. It’s usually a pleasant ancillary benefit. The addictive play loop helps of course but I’m now in it to learn everything. 120
