#Humility is a non-negotiable for me in a Christian leader. We tend to gravitate toward a bold, confident leader and what we end up with today seems to end up with arrogance. We need to swing the emphasis pendulum back toward “soul care” for our #Pastors and away from #Leadership! #Church
