Without an intact rule of law there can never be Justice. Without the nation, whose government and it’s associated laws existing in reality, how can there be any Justice without all people being figuratively equal under the law, democracy cannot even exist.

I can’t figure out how to measure a degree of change independently in a system without a the overall change affecting or skewing the data. It’s like we know the pole switch is happening, or at least we can track the magnetic movement.
