I had an interesting thought when looking at this symbol. Consider, the middle of it looks like a flower, with four main pedals forming off of it, surrounded by aggressive spikes...perhaps...a grim sort of rose? Could this design have influenced the visual of the Grim Rose from #StarWars 2020?

I had a blast reading @rebeccaroanhorse.bsky.social's latest #StarWars book, #EdgeoftheAbyss! EotA is an intriguing peek into events just before the first season of #Andor, that looks forward to that series, but also looks back to other media and pre-existing storytelling in the franchise.- 1/2

For our final discussion on tourism and its connections to the #StarWarsBook #StarWars #EyesLikeStars, we should look at how this story nods toward post-Civil War American tourism, due to previous associations made between the 30-year time gap and the era of Reconstruction.- 1/5

While discussing the #StarWarsBook #StarWars #EyesLikeStars, I had honed in on the book’s links to Dark Tourism when considering questions linked to #History. However, that isn’t the only tourism subject that the book explores, as post-WW2 and Cold War era tourism is just as important! 1/7
