I am fine with the VA SCT ruling. It’s their job to interpret VA’s constitution. I trust them more than the US SCT. The referendum still raised public awareness of gerrymandering in other states and had popular support.

Be forewarned: Fulton County is the precursor to a wide-scale effort by the feds to take authority the for operation of elections away from the states and give control to them. Pushing a false narrative of voter fraud and gerrymandering wasn’t enough, so direct federal intervention is coming next.
