i have grand delusions of learning mandarin + spanish + arabic. for utilitarian reasons but also i have always wanted to learn mandarin specifically. i havent actually put effort into studying a language in like 7 years though so it is a little intimidating!

the lack of appetite and ability to eat makes my depression worse. i mean im not eating when im bored anymore which is good but that sort of means im not eating at all because i just have no desire to. i keep going 12+ hour stretches without eating and i physically feel hungry but i just. cant eat
