Away to Morocco on Tuesday. Never been to Africa. Happens a friend who I haven't seen in a decade is also there, so we are meeting for a day at the beach and some food. Really looking forward to it! 🇲🇦☀️

Oh I have my own views on Alba and despite my frustrations with the progress of independence, that's not the party for me for the above reasons. I actually think all politicians are self selling arseholes and the whole thing is a pantomime. But it is what it is...

Yes the bigger picture is independence and then creating our own landscape but unfortunately the fringe groups don't see it which is why I don't think it's going to happen whilst we are alive.

But it shouldn't be like that, a monopoly. It's not healthy and reliant on the SNP to deliver something they've promised over and over but not given is only going to create more frustration. Alba etc are a direct result of that frustration and the lack of serious movement within the SNP.

I know and I don't disagree at all. I just think it's not going to happen and to expect it and sacrifice any potential for independence because of it, is why we won't get it. You're not alone obviously and people have their views and morals. I get and respect it but at the same time 🤷‍♂️

Yes it must unite and if you want independence in our lifetime, it simply HAS to or it's not going to happen. Think about it. It's about priorities and the biggest priority to me, is for Scotland to break away from the poisonous regime in London....

I'll always fight Lorna. I'll always vote for it if asked again. But there is the very real reality that political parties all differ on various issues. They are never going to be on the same page and the demand for them all to be or else is why it won't happen in our lifetime.

I'm at the point where I don't think we are ever going to have all Indy parties aligned on everything in order to get independence over the line so it will never happen. Which is sad.
