If it ends up happening to you too, you can fix it with a 3d printed hinge support at least :oc Mine broke pretty early too but a couple people sell kits for them cheap on ebay that fix the issue completely without disassembly required ouo

Anything goes for this one‚ either experimental music or DJs experimenting with new genres or techniques etc․ This edition looks likely to have a bit of a lean towards experimental breaks and breakcore with maybe some downtempo⁄IDM here and there․ Saturday from 8pm uk

Our team built a flight simulation this year in a month inside @resonite.com ! The helicopter can be flown in any world, and the individual systems in the world were made modular so you can build racing layouts, combat arenas, etc, using the kit in our public folder :D

I really like the train network worlds the JP scene's had, not sure how much it's changed since 2018 but I remember one entrance to the network was in JP Town and from there you could ride to any of the other connected network worlds. It was really cool how much they did even without Udon back then!

I'm looking for some VR or non-VR projects that needs 3D artists currently. Will create for free to build up my portfolio again. I have 10+ years in the games industry but I've been out of the ring for about 10 years from burn out. Want to get back into it. Feel free to DM me!

Froox has been working on updating the last bits that are currently tying Resonite to Unity's render pipeline. From my understanding we'll still have unity for now, but this also has benefits in cutting down on resources used to communicate between FrooxEngine and the render pipeline

I've been using an OG prusa mk2 my dad got when it released, still runs perfectly and I haven't had any issues with it I'd really recommend a prusa, they cost more but the ease of repair and modification is worth it imo

If only the black magic running zbrush wasn't proprietary tho, it's wild being able to have an object open with 36 million+ tris and my computer handle it like its nothing

Hidi @hidi.bsky.social · 25/05/2025

wohh I've been learning zbrush, think I finally got past the bizarre UX I used to always avoid organic stuff bc I thought I couldn't sclupt but this feels very intuitive to work with :D
