it was an absolutely beautiful day for my best friend’s wedding yesterday and she looked so gorgeous and i literally could not stop staring at her and smiling. i’m so happy for her and so glad she had such an incredible day. what an honor it was to be her maid of honor and hold the rings for them 💖

it’s my birthday! got dinner with my best friend last night, celebrated with my mom earlier today, and having a dual celebration with a friend tomorrow whose birthday was a couple days ago. right now i’m enjoying the beautiful weather on the porch while cross stitching. overall a nice bday weekend ☺️

the smoke detector has gone off a total of 5 times today for no reason. the first time, the neighbors said it went off for half an hour while I was at work. it does not matter how recently we’ve cleaned them or replaced the batteries. they still go off just because they can. when will it end???
