It all comes apart – the vertical black bars are threaded rods holding it all together. I just strip it down and put it all in the dishwasher. Saves trying to clean the dust out of the castings !! The shelves are like ornate gates!

And a couple of skillets ! The great thing is they come with standard sized lids with the CM dimensions cast into them so you know what lid to grab The plastic handles are good for 250DegC as well.

We still use Le Creuset we bought in the 80’s - still going strong Can’t believe the price of them new ! I think our complete set is less than one modern Dutch oven. And have a blue set and a (spare) yellow set. Plus the casserole dishes and the stands for them.
