Why don’t we build out a requirements list, showing the qualifications a person must have to be eligible for these positions? That should also include ambassadorships. And a list of disqualifiers, such as inability to qualify for a security clearance. Make it binding in law.

What if every baby born in this country was issued a social security card? Duh, they are. Now if the baby is a US citizen BECAUSE they were born here maybe they get a red,white &blue card that’s exclusively for citizens and # that starts with “US”. Anyone else getting one gets a purple card.
