King Soopers! But a lot of grocery stores and convenience stores carry La Colombe canned coffee drinks, so there are all sorts of places you may find it. Also, if you see this, definitely give it a try. It's a full-on dessert drink. (And yeah, it has 190 mg of caffeine, too.)

And then I looked at the ingredients and realized why it tasted that way. Not only is coffee only the second ingredient, but the fourth ingredient is pumpkin puree. Friends, this is not a pumpkin spice latte. This is a pumpkin pie latte. 🎃🥧

Another canned coffee drink review! I absolutely did not have high hopes for this La Colombe beverage. And goodness, was I wrong. It tastes like liquid pumpkin pie. I'm not kidding. I probably wouldn't have known this was a coffee drink if the can didn't tell me so.

There's a personal win for you out there somewhere, just waiting for you to find it and claim it.

I'd like to share a personal win.

And a message for you.

Back on August 21, 2021 — the day after I walked away from radio, and my first day as myself, an openly trans woman named Dana — my weight was 191.9 pounds.

When I moved back to Colorado at the beginning of 2023 to take the job at Indie 102.3, my weight was up to 221.2 pounds.

By last January, I was up to 256.2 pounds.

On the first Monday of 2026, January 5, I was 234.7 pounds and decided to get very serious about getting my health in order — specifically my diet.

This morning, I just weighed in at 199.5 pounds.

No, I haven't reached my goals yet, but ... this is a nice milestone.

✨🥰✨

But there's a bigger lesson here:

The world may be feel scary and chaotic and devoid of hope, but you still should and can have some personal wins. In fact, there's no better time than now to chase those personal wins.

Find your joy, chase that light in the dark. The more the world around you spirals out of control, the more you should defiantly take control of your own destiny.

You know that dog with a hat, sitting with his coffee mug in a room that's on fire, who says, "This is fine"? Maybe he wasn't being sarcastic after all.

We are all going to be OK. ✨
