Last August, I ruptured my rectus femoris muscle. It ripped right off my quad tendon while I was sprinting during a game of Ultimate. Running fast is a part of who I am at my core. I didn't know if I'd sprint again. Last night I played my first game, and managed to get up to a decent speed.
