"Queens of the Field" is back home after being on exhibition at the AKC Museum of the Dog for the last 5 weeks, accompanied by a very lovely message from the curator! This entire experience has been a dream come true, from having my piece on display to having it compared to Maud Earl's works 🥺 #art

Leaving for NYC in just 2 days! I've been getting messages from people that have gone to see my painting at the AKC Museum of the Dog, & I cannot even express how much it means to me 💜 I can't wait to see the exhibition for myself & meet the other artists that made it in! #art #nyc #travel #borzoi

My husband got me the Ohuhu markers I've been wanting for a long time, so, naturally, I designed my next tattoo with them 😂 Alcohol markings are definitely a medium I am NOT used to, so much ✨MUCH✨ more practice is needed 😅 #art #possum #alcoholmarkers #practicesketch

Hissing possum hanging from a kudzu vine with dandelions around it, with the words "The horrors persist, but so do I". Made with Ohuhu alcohol markers, Prismacolor colored pencils, and Micron fine liners.

"Rage" - Comics are not usually my thing, but this has been rattling around in my head loud enough that I needed to get it out. I don't have the words to describe how I feel watching my country descend into madness, but at least there's this. #art #comics #horse #hare #borzoi #digitalart

Thank you! I order my prints through CatPrint. I'm still on the hunt for the right EcoTank so I can do smaller prints from my studio, but they're my go-to for larger prints. Especially since they have a nice variety of paper types

After 24 days & 90+ hours of painting, "Queens of the Field" is DONE! 🥳 And I managed to get it submitted to the AKC Museum of the Dog 10 days before the deadline for the "Dog Days of Winter" juried contest. Now I don't know what to do with myself 🤣 #borzoi #art #painting

Pro tip: it’s not the big W you think it is when you crap on other people’s art. Instead, talk about the art/artists that you love.
