I just (well, an hour ago) drew something very self-indulgent that I am very exited about. It is quite rough since it was meant to be the skeleton of something cleaner but I am very proud of it nonetheless.

Rough sketch of the Coordinator post-fellatio with a tentacle, a string of saliva conneting the tips of their tongue and the tentacle. They have evidently been at it for a while, as there is overflowing drool coming out of their mouth and their makeup would be a travesty with all the tear streams were its ruin not the entire point of applying it.

This inspired me a bit, and gave me an opportunity to practice and experiment with some tricks I had not done before. I finished most of this a few weeks ago but I could not work out how to make a good face to fit the gap without accidentally ruining the surroundings, hence the scribbly cat.

Dr. Kuryakyn the cat getting their crotch fondled by the forked, prehensile tongue of a giant snake. They are enjoying it if the scribbly face and heart icons are any indication. The point of view is from inside the snake's mouth.

I just realised their ears are wrong here, they are meant to be way longer and floppier and usually under/mixed in with their hair. I like it a lot in spite of this and get slightly giggly because of how cute it is.

Those noodles seem to have become a bit of a recurring object completely without my specification which is funny, and were probably started by this piece as it is the oldest and has been used as reference in all the other ones in this post. Anyhow in other news I decided that Fern is very fond of noodles because of this and Futaku's piece. Not very significant but a funny touch.

The ears-outside-of-hair issue seems to be quite common actually, I ought to mention that to anyone looking to draw them since the default people tend to draw is this rather than their "lore accurate" hair obfuscation.

I like the coloration on this a lot, but I am wondering if it ought to be declared outdated since I was thinking about their's and Dr. Kuryakyn's colouration a few days ago and realised my purely greyscale/graphite work leaves a dimension completely unexplored. Maybe darker hair and a more uniform grey-brown colour rather than a grey muzzle and hands with brown head and fingertips? That is outside the scope of this commentary but I am leaving it in, the point is that I am not sure this is good colour reference but it is good work that I like a lot.

I imagine a line that follows the contours of a shape (1) and then shade towards it from the edges of the shape with hashes along the contours(2). Then I go back and do it again to darken the shading near the highlight and leave a gradient as it moves towards the edges of the shape (3)

My first attempt at trying this. I do not think I leaned into the shine hard enough as I was unsure how to handle the light source, but I do like what it did bring when it was used. Next I think will try the simpler exercise of applying it to a big dick.

Some old mech/military sci-fi drawings from when I was 14.

A four-legged cylindrical mech with three toe prongs per leg, the outer two integrated into a shield about twice the height of the WW2-style soldier peeking out from the right-front one. There are two gattling guns pointing out the front of the body, a viewing slit above the left gun, and another soldier with a rifle and scope peeking out the top. Do not question why a sniper is on a moving vehicle, I can barely get my scope creeping habits in check today, let alone then.

A slightly t-rex shaped mech with a rough goat head holding a metal beam like a spear or walking stick in its arms. The head is mostly held on by trusses but has headlight eyes, a nose exhaust and other important features somehow. There is a screw-on vent on the side, near the back of the main body, and there is a rifle or machine gun in the front firing forwards, while the mech advances.

An idea I had for a weird walking AT gun carrier with a heavily stylised railgun. I would not have drawn this today because the recoil mitigation does not exist and the railgun is A) unsealed and B) a railgun and not my current scifi weapon default of a coilgun. I liks the legs, general carrier concept and mount though.

An autonomous artillery piece with a fixed-azimuth gun on two sets of caterpillar tracks, with a large (unsealed D: ) railgun and some naked capacitors, as well as a few antennas and a nondescript camera, spotlight or laser emitter at the front. Notably, anything related to the artillery piece is on a shaded, grey part of the body while general-purpose stuff like the antennae/camera are on the same block as the tracks and frame. I am a fan of modularity and interchangeability.

There is also a robot dog/mule at the front with a basket and antenna on top, with what looks unclear but I can tell you are stacked shells in it. There is also a small quadcopter that is carrying a shell to the breech of the railgun.
