Well said... Too often, discussions about safety shift responsibility to the victims rather than the culprit. What started as a fun design turned into a statement: protect and support victims... to watch our backs—not our body parts. Wear the message and demand to do better for the victims.

Design was sadly inspired after hearing that US debt just reached $40 trillion. What's worst is knowing that the unfunded liability is around twice that amount and the total debt is at least 3X. US flag is in the distressed position, with burning edge that reflects the country's economic condition.

In honor of US Labor Day, this design was based on my mantra "I'm indispensable not disposable" when I used to work for other companies. Design "Employee" is distressed because companies nowadays are making them disposable rather than a rare commodity like gold, which is the color of the text below.
