I miss Lord of the Rings because it stands as a bastion of a time before IP sloppification, when art was crafted with sincerity and didn't disrespect it's own audience for liking nerdy or childish things. Because they actually enjoyed the creative process and pulling you into another world.

Everyone told me the Zelda Twilight Princess manga was edgy trash. Why did they lie to me? I'm really impressed with what I'm reading so far. The other Zelda Mangas are basically speedruns of the games with deviations, TP actually manages to make the world feel bigger.
