Finished watching Star Wars: The Bad Batch. Cons: Lots of filler episodes & painfully slow pacing. Ultimately, it didn't seem to have much of a story to tell. Pros: It had some great moments & cameos. I'm a sucker for ragtag squads of soldiers stories & I love the characters.

Played through Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil for the first time in like a decade. Around 5 more hours of Doom 3 action on par with the base game's quality. Plus, it adds the super shotgun! Nothing quite matches Doom 3's atmospheric, close quarters, adrenaline-pumping horror.

Facing off against a couple Revenants with the Double-Barreled Shotgun (aka Super Shotgun).

Holding a Lost Soul with the ROE's exclusive Grabber weapon before launching it to its demise.

Using ROE's artifact ability to slow down time and take down the new Bruiser enemy type.

Battling a Hell Knight in Hell, fittingly enough.

Very last minute, but I've had a colourist need to back out of a cover gig, so if anyone is interested and keen to collab that's got a pretty clear slate right now, shoot me a DM! Cover's flatted and ready to go but it's a tricky one so while I appreciate enthusiasm, I do need woring experience.

RIP Nicky Katt. His performances stole the show in so many great movies whether playing a main character or just appearing in a couple scenes. The Way of The Gun, Boiler Room, Suburbia, Sin City, and Planet Terror were my favorite roles of his. Gone way too soon.

I've always struggled to get into the Serious Sam games because I prefer strategically placed enemies to hordes of enemies running straight for you but I played through Serious Sam 3: BFE over the weekend, realized the hordes are strategically placed, and ended up having a blast.

If a movie or game has a squad like this in it there's a good chance it will be my favorite thing ever.

The Marcus Brothers from Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust.

Umbrella Security Service from Operation Racoon City.

Jericho Squad from Clive Barker's Jericho.

#JustCompleted Turok: Dinosaur Hunter for the first time. While not quite a Metroidvania like Turok 2 (no unlockable abilities), its focus on exploration makes it one of my all-time favorite FPS games. It'd hold an even higher spot if its sequel wasn't somehow twice as good.

The Raptor Mech saurian enemy in Turok: Dinosaur Hunter which features biomechanical parts and armaments.

The Triceratops saurian enemy in Turok: Dinosaur Hunter.

Thunder, the Campaigner's Tyrannosaurus rex, transformed into a Bionosaur with the ability to breathe fire and shoot laser beams out of its bionic eye. Thunder serves as the penultimate boss in Turok: Dinosaur Hunter.

The Campaigner, an evil, tyrannical warlord who serves as the main antagonist of Turok: Dinosaur Hunter.

Name a show you’re positive no one remembers but you:

Bureau of Alien Detectors (commonly initialized as BAD) is a 1996 American animated series by Saban Entertainment that aired on the UPN network's weekend-morning cartoon block UPN Kids. It was touted as "X-Files meets the A-Team," and only lasted for one season.

Here's my PlayStation 2024 Wrap-Up. It's funny to see MK11 highlighted since it's only my most played due to its absurd platinum grind. But it's still my 2nd favorite entry in the series after MK9 and I had a lot of fun getting the last of the trophies this year.
