I’ve been using this time away from streaming to think a lot about a few things. I feel that I’ve been doing stuff on autopilot without thinking about it and I realize I have to slow down and put more focus. There might be some changes in the nearby future.

Hey guys. I'm going to be taking this week off from streaming. Lots of reasons but the main two is that while my new PC is fully setup, I still need to set some stuff up for OBS. 2nd is that while I'm mentally a lot better, I still want to take things easy and figure things out. I'll return soon!

Update: After a few days of file transferring, re-downloading programs, and being a dumbass for not putting the antenna on, I FINALLY have my new PC fully setup! I'm so excited to play so many big games! Also I've been taking better care of myself and moving forward in my life🧡

And guess what? My head feels so much more clearer and my heart feels lighter. I’m still learning to process things, and I still have ways to go, but I think I can FINALLY grieve and properly heal from the past so I can actually move forward with my life. One step at a time. 5/6

For the first time in a very long time, I gave myself permission to ACTUALLY grieve over things from the past(not family death, but harsh realities & sad permanent changes). The last two weeks I had 3 heavy crying sessions in my car and let out so much bottled up emotions. 4/6

No one ever wants to get their feelings hurt. But avoiding getting hurt is not only trapping yourself and making yourself lonely, but it encourages bottling up feelings and keeping the pain inside. I recently realized how damaging that was to me, and I can’t live like that. 3/6

This stems from bad things happening in my life where I bottled my feelings up and forced myself to move on. But in reality, I just wanted to skip the painful grieving part and do everything to ever avoid getting hurt. It made me fear commitment and even making friends. 2/6

During the last few weeks, I’ve been doing a lot of self-reflecting. I’ll be blunt: I tend to run away or avoid anything that can emotionally hurt me. A lot of it involve getting attached, especially to people. But I’ve realized doing that is trapping me and hurting me. 1/6
