Spoke too soon 😣 The TICR Perl scripts for #SNaQ and #PhyloNetworks broke down with my own data, so I had to modified them for the new ARM64 architecture. Make sure to install an appropriate Perl version and use Rosetta2. Also, deleting the server portion and saving MB log files don’t hurt 🙃💻 010
