Leggings are off. Her bare feet and legs are fully submerged in the water right now, and it's some instant relief. It usually doesn't get this bad. Only when she fails to take care of herself...and usually during those times she has to lay out in the bright sunlight to drive away the Gloom...

Ok, she's up now. A little bit in pain right now, but it's mostly in her legs. She can handle that. Moving water...maybe something like a stream would help drive that buildup out of her system...?

She lets out a soft grunt of pain as Linkle helped her up. "I'll be ok...I can't be laying around all day. Otherwise, it'll just make the Gloom spread..." Sunlight did seem to help stave off the spread of it. In fact, sunlight itself helped get rid of it. It was never completely gone though...
