I honestly wouldn't put it past the Republican Administration to do exactly this.

I fear the Trump administration will plant violent protesters among our peaceful protests. They will use this as an excuse to use force against us. From this moment forward, at every protest, we must do the following:

The moment violence or property damage begins, EVERY OTHER PROTESTER must immediately sit on the floor or the ground in silence, with signs down. The media needs to film this. This will reveal paid fake thugs posing as protesters becoming violent. The sitting down must spread like a "wave" in a football stadium throughout the crowd of protesters.

Someone on farcebook suggested not paying taxes (if you owe), which is a great idea. However, fines/fees/interest and the possibility of the IRS seizing your property would be enough to keep anyone from failing to pay. So- hold off paying until 4.15.25, pay a small amount & then file 4 extension.

I's time to starve the beast. Don't pay your taxes this tax season. What if we all did that?

When the Nazis came to power in 1930s Germany, they didn't go after the Jewish people first. The first people they went after were the people who weren't of good strong Aryan stock. They sterilized those that they deemed imperfect. This included mental and physical disabilities and things that we do not consider disabilities in 2025. Look them up, it is a fun (aka terrifying) list. Those that were institutionalized were targeted for murder under the T4 Program. The estimate of how many disabled and "feeble-minded" people died under the Nazis was around 250,000 people.

I, your World War II obsessed admin, has been making a list of things that we are ticking off in our accelerating fall to fascism and I think we are about to tick off the eugenics and euthenasia of the disabled box. I know, this terrifies me as well, but we have to talk about it.

It could and should be said that our refusal to cover universal health care for all is borderline already on that track. I lost a good friend in 2013 who would probably still be with us today if Nikki Haley had expanded Medicaid in the state of South Carolina when Obamacare was passed. He was a hardworking minimum wage worker who simply could not afford health insurance and therefore, could not afford to go to the doctor. With Congress's planned $800 billion cut to Medicare, we are going to see an acceleration to deaths caused by this.

I'm going to use a personal example here. I have a good friend who is severely disabled. She is on social security disability, SNAP, and medicaid. I have her permission to talk about this, by the way. She has several health issues including kidney, heart, thyroid, and auto-immune disorders. She worked jobs through a lot of these issues until she couldn't. On a good day, her hands can work and she can do some stuff on the computer, but the good days are few and far between. Some days, she can't get from her chair to her bed. She is a single woman with no family. Her best friend has chosen to live with her and take care of her with help from our friend group. We love her. She is smart, funny, and despite her health issues, a delight to be around. I adore her. I do not want to watch her die because they cut her access to health care.

We need to be blunt. The Republicans don't think my friend who paid into the social security system including Medicare and Medicaid deserves to live. Senator Kennedy of Louisiana said that people like my friend should just go get jobs. I wonder if Senator Kennedy knows of anyone that would employ a housebound 50 year old woman who can only sometimes use her hands. I wonder if Senator Kennedy knows that a lot of people who are on Medicaid in states that expanded Medicaid under Obamacare do have jobs and those jobs don't offer health insurance at a price that a minimum wage worker can afford. I desperately want Senator Kennedy and other rich white men who are lucky enough to be healthy to experience what it means to not be able to take care of themselves. And I hope that their relatives abandon their hateful asses on the streets. And maybe that is mean of me but that is what they want for people like my
