The Palace of Fine Arts dome is really majestic, larger than life #SanFrancisco

These Sierra Nevada Mountain top reservoirs are really interesting. Supposedly they were built over a 100 years ago, and a lot of them are filled with water pipped in under the mountains from Alaska, and some of the reservoirs are dams that generate electricity—look into #NAWAPA

@governor.ca.gov the state's highway infrastructure is totally out of date. I figured California should be bikable & walkable but these highways west of the the mountains are too dangerous, it's absurb! No shoulders over blind corners? And these ancient rocks holding up the highway are falling out

Fortunately I found a residential sidepass around this wickedly dangerous corner just west of Angel's Camp. When I was down there I noticed that the stones holding up this high volume highway section were falling out. The rocks embankment looked like it was cobbled together sometime in the 18th century

When I was on that section pf the highway, there was heavy rltraffic going both ways. There was no warning for bikers to take the side pass, and rhe road had no shoulders, or the shoulders were only a few inches wide in some parts. Very dangerous. I saw another cyclist peddling up it with his re cumbersome bike, I warned him of the dangerous section ahead.

Amazing! I discovered on my ride out west that Buffalo Bill's Grave, and his memorial at Iowa's State Capitol, and his birthplace in LaClaire Iowa, all align on The Hercles Pillars Ley Line 🌐 #HerclesPillars

This is a vertical photo of Buffalo Bill's memorial statue in front of the Iowa State Capitol. His statue is him standing next to 2 native Americans, one is standing next to him, the other is sitting. The statue is a dark material and the podium that the statue is on is white as chalk. There is a buffalo at the base of the statue which looks as tho water would be coming out of its mouth into a bowl. The Iowa State Capitol dome is directly behind the Buffalo Bill's statue.

This is a horizontal photo of the "Arch of Art" canyon wall along Clear Creek Canyon Road. The road is at the bottom of the picture and my bike is leaning up against a pole. My bike looks tiny compared to the canyon wall. The canyon wall is arched to the west in a way that makes it look like curved.

I70 along the Glenwood Mountain Range is really a majestic sight; the pictures really don't capture how massive it is 🚴 #HerclesBikes

I just got done crossing 109 miles of Utah desert with no services 💪 #HerclesBikes

Doesn't look like it in the photo but there's a steep cliff beside the road, there's no gaurdrails. The cliff next to the road is about a 200 foot drop. This section is 5 miles downhill 😳 AND it's 30 degrees, drizzing freezing rain, and the pavement is slick..YIKES! ❄️ #HerclesBikes 🌐 #HerclesPillars

In central Utah, on i70 between Green River & Salina there is a rest stop called Chminey Rock Viewpoint. The view there is amazing, it overlooks this deep canyon. I was able to walk right up to the edge. The location aligns with The Hercles Pillars Ley Line 🌐 #HerclesPillars

Utah's back roads are BRUTAL!! Google says I cannot ride on the interstate highways, so I am having to take these decrepit old desert roads 🙄 50 miles to the next town 🚴 #HerclesBikes

This is a first person view from my bike saddle on one of the most difficult parts of the trail riding down from it. The landscape is all Mesa flat top mountains with this dirt trail almost immediately blending into the mountainous scenery. Very rugged scenery.
