On top of an old Cotswold stone column shaped from a large square base to a short stubby column sits an iron cylinder. Three long white arms are attached to the cylinder, each with a substantial hand and extended finger. The arms point to Stow on the Wold, Toddington and Tewkesbury, written in black uppercase. In the background a green field with distant trees and a cloudy but bright sky. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
