e-scooters are used by thousands of people to get around safely within the existing rules. Banning them instead of enforcing existing laws is a lazy response from the Taoiseach and will disproportionately affect people working low paid jobs and experiencing transport poverty.

Restoring bogs comes down to this - drain blocking. There may need to be thousands of these peat dams put in before the water table is elevated and stabilised. Carbon emissions will likely continue for some time, but… The positive impact on biodiversity can be seen almost overnight! 🐸🦋🦇🕷🪲🐌🦎🐞🪱🦆🦅
