I didn't hit 175 until my mid thirties and haven't seen it since. Somewhere along the line I blew past 200. There are papers out saying you weight is under genetic control and I agree. Exercise and diet affect your weight, but genetically you have a target that your body is work toward.

Touch my AC and I'll have to hurt you. There is no humane way to live here without AC. There are times when the daily low is in the mid 80 F and the moment the sun rises, the temp skyrocket. You could see the heat waves coming off the parking garage at 5:00 AM. You knew it was going to be a hot one.

The Aadams Family, the Munsters and Bewitched, were required watching. Dark Shadows was considered a daytime soap opera. I've tried watching now, but due to the soap format, it moves very slowly, to drag out the storyline, it's hard to watch. Plus, with >1200 episodes, that's a lot of time.

After college, the only reason I ever started going to the gym, was to pass my semi-annual physical training test. I struggled to do the minimum required push-ups, 40 in 2 minutes. The sit-ups and the run were no issue. Weight was another issue. I was close to the minimum, for my height.
