I know barometric altitude is only a rough indicator of height above ground but this A400M is going ridiculously low altitude whilst close to built up areas. It flew past approx 400m away from our house at a height of around 30-40 m tops. #JDGMT85 #Flightradar

Schäfer household made ravioli for first time last night. Steep learning curve. Turns out you really mustn’t forget to dust the ravioli board and pasta sheet with flour. Once we had that sussed, it went well. Result was extremely delicious. Filling was spinach/ricotta/parmiggiano 😋 #food #pasta

Whilst on holiday on Isle of Harris, I came across this amazing natural Sulfur cycle laboratory. Sulfide galore from decaying seaweed and what looks like masses of phototrophic #sulfur #bacteria in pink patches on the sediment surface that exploit the H2S. Amazing 🤩
