I wouldn't call myself an expert, but I made some notes to process some observations of feathered wings and thought I'd share. If it's useful to you too, I'd be glad. Not intended to be scientific or precise so take it with a grain of salt!

New art! These are four out of ten sketch portraits I completed recently for a book project via Artistree. The loose, scribbly style is a welcome change from the usual tight rendering I do! My Artistree link: artistree.io/hena #Art #CharacterArt #ArtCommissions #Sketch #Drawing

A scribbly sketch portrait of a woman on a beige-tan colored background. She has her hair drawn back in a ponytail, is wearing a suit of plate armor, and has a neutral, somewhat benevolent look on her face.

Instead of just signing some petition, if you want to yell at the EU for the proposed package waste law, do so on their actual site. There's only 530ish comments that's been left at the moment. It's open until Sep 10. ec.europa.eu/info/law/bet... Pic for the attention. She's judging you.

Digital painting of a woman dressed in a black coat over the creme blouse and a black hat. She is not looking at the viewer, her face is covered with a transparent black lace veil. Under her coat there is a spot of darkness with a glowing red eye in the middle of her chest, and black hands with claws are forming from the darkness. Her hat and coat are slightly covered with something that looks like snow, but it's ash, some ash and sparks are flying around her.
