Apparently, 5h sleep after 3 days of 6-7 means that the brain refuses to work at all. Functioning on autopilot, can't write, too tired to even feel guilty. Seriously need to cut down on reading before sleep and really, really watch when I fall asleep. Can't be past 3am anymore.

Some statistics after almost a month of tracking. Sleeping for 6-7 hours is okay if I catch up on it every few days. What affects me much more is writing. It's OK when I write every day or have a solid excuse why I cannot. Yet when there wasn't any, I had a significant slip into questionable state🤔
