May 5th a friend gave me a block of butter from Hope Creamery, Hope Minnesota. I was to compare it to Irish butter. And I did with enthusiasm. (First two photos) Today I finished that 1lb. Hope butter was absolutely fantastic. I let her know there was no more Hope in our home now. (Last photo)
