Oh, how I miss PBJ's Grilled. Amazingly crafted takes on PBJ, my fav was the Smoking Goat - olive bread, bacon, almond butter, apricot jam. The owner was a sandwich savant but also when they expanded just did not trust her staff and would constantly berate them. Unpaid wages and rent, such a shame.
