With all this Alastor misogyny talk I think it’s funny that Lucifer would definitely fuck with his views considering that to ALASTORS point of view Lucifer is a “man” that acts like a helpless maidenXD AND with acesss to authority that he doesn’t want and lets his wife handle all the public affairs

Season 2 Hazbin Hotel commentary has come out on the bluray, and just like last time, I managed to transcribe bits that stuck out to me! I've done my bet to record it all correctly, but remember I can't convey tone (just assume it's light hearted!). Here's episodes 1-4

With Alastors internalized misogyny in mind, what would beautifully rub salt into Alastors humble fest is the fact that his whole creepy evil shtick is done better by a woman too ppffttt- #hazbinhotel

Lucifer & Alastor (individual) character highlights from the commentary track: 🍎 They referred to the Sins as Lucifer's babies 📻 S2 was Al's peak trickster season. 📻 Alastor does not get along with men + has internalized misogyny. He sees women as fragile + prefers to hang out with them.

Something I feel like more people need to understand is that Vox HASN’T LEARNED anything yet. He knows he lost, but hasn’t realized that there ARE friends in Hell. He also can’t admit yet that he fucked up or that he needs the VEES just as much as they need him. #HazbinHotelVox

Advice from my psychologist of around 25 years, who has been my therapist since childhood (and often played mancala with me): "You can't control others' actions, but you can control how you respond." The closest quote in the show to this would probably be Alastor's response to Charlie in S1E7.

I do still love the detail that Emily was able to get everybody else painted on the wall of Pentious's room in Heaven at least pretty decent because she'd seen them in the courtroom scene, but Alastor was clearly made solely off the description 'smiling deer with a monacle' since he wasn't there.

Tidbits from James Monroe Iglehart’s Hellbent Con panel today!! Ozzie, Tex, and Zestial fans comes get your crumbs!!! #helluvaboss #hazbinhotel

Ozzie would mostly leave Val and Velvette's love potion business along as they keep his name out of their mouths (or if they bothered Fizz), if they get involved in his business then he'd put them in their place
Fizz and Ozzie are willingly to make any sacrifices to stay together
Ozzie would listen to Marvin Gaye and Barry
White
His favorite thing about fizzmodeus is that they can be emotional and vulnerable with each other, Ozzie doesn't have to put on his work persona around Fizz
Hinted that Ozzie will learn that there are places where he can help after he didn't act when Fizz texted him during Blitzø's trial (he was being very careful about spoilers but it seems like there will be something about
this in upcoming seasons

Ozzie being a fiery demon helps Fizz to deal with trauma from the fire incident because
Ozzie has control over his power
His favorite part of the relationship between Tex and Bee is that Tex doesnt care that's she's famous and doesn't have to worry about her not coming back to him because she chose him and he's confident in himself
Tex's voice is inspired by James' dad
Ozzie does not trust Fizz behind the wheel of a car ("Something will explode!" Lol)
In his young overlord days, Zestial was probably well put together but a little bit reckless and learned from his mistakes to
become who he is now. He knows where to exert his energy now and what is worth his time.

Ozzie probably reached out to Lucifer after Lilith left (he was also being careful of spoilers with this question haha)
James also wants the people who hate the show to shut up, they should have more respect for show creators!
There will be more fizzmodeus in season 3!
Tex will also be back in upcoming seasons!
