I haven't shown this one yet, so here is my most recent colourwork for this week's #showmeyourknits prompt. I knit the hat to coordinate with the mitts that I knit last year. They don't match, but I think they "go". #knitsky 🧶

This week's #showmeyourknits wants knitting firsts for the new year. I unceremoniously present my first ever FO, a scarf I knit when I was about 7 years old. It's no wonder I didn't pick up the needles again for decades 😂🧶#knitsky Also, thanks Mom for saving this for me 🤗

One finished sleeve and one sleeve in progress in a textured knit stitch in deep rust coloured yarn. One day they will belong to a cardigan.
