not quite the same, but this reminded me of Swann from SC2

a detailed drawing of Rory Swann, the chief engineer of Starcraft 2's Hyperion. He is facing the viewer from the front at a slight angle. His right arm has been replaced with a mechanical doohickey (technical term) from the elbow down, and looks similar to a vice wrench, which he holds in his other hand. He is wearing a sleeveless vest and industrial pants with tools slung from his belt. His clothes and pouches are all warm colours (dusty orange, beige, and brown). He has a grey mutton chop moustache and short hair held back by goggles on his forehead.

weird liberal dying on some hill about how Regan, Obama, and Clinton were all so much better than trump what a weirdo

a reply to a skeet from Albert Flasher which says the following:
"No one is glossing over ANYTHING. It's just a meme poking fun at Donald (the orange asshole) Trump.
I'm sorry the point of the meme went over your head.
Sheeesh!"

two more skeets from Albert Flasher which read:
"Okay, you've piqued my interest. Just what did Barack Obama do that irritates you enough to complain about a basic meme pointing out Trump's ignorance?
is it his use of drones to fight global terrorism?
Perhaps it was because he wore a tan suit to the White House?"
"Since I'm not worth your time, imma do both of us a favour:
you'll be blocked in 3...2...1... (BUH BYE!)" with a crying laughing emoji to boot

old school runescape is great cos u can just tell the cops "no" and they can't do shit

an old school runescape player (me) is chopping a redwood tree when a pillory guard accosts her and says "Come and be locked up, chlodotexe!". There is an option menu over the guard, displaying the various options available to the player. The highlighted option is "Dismiss Pillory Guard".

well with my monopoly money, $1.50 for a "NY-style" slice sounds pretty good right now ( for context - NZD 7.50 is about USD 4.50 )

A screenshot of the prices of a NZ restaurant called "Sal's Pizza", which specialises in NY-style pizza. There are many different kinds of pizza available, but an 18-inch pie slice will set you back at least $7.50 in New Zealand Dollars, which is roughly equivalent to $4.50 US

"Já?" "Já!" "Já." "Skip-" "Ég v-" "Atr-" "Samþ-" "Já." "Já?" "Atr-" "Ég v-" "Skip-" "Já." "Skip-" "Já?" "Já!" "Skip-" "Skip-"

A low-resolution image of an Ulfsark, a basic Norse infantry unit from the game "Age of Mythology". They are seen wearing a bear pelt, with the head of the bear acting as a hood, a small shield on their right arm, and a gold bracelet on their left. They are not wearing anything on their chest. They are holding a vicious-looking double-headed two-handed axe.

Look at this bow. It might not be the same as the previous image, but tech in sports is going to make things look *weird*, and that also comes down to technique. if it's dumb, and it works, it's not dumb. archers will have their own ways of getting a reliable technique, and some of them look weird

A photo of Canadian archer Crispin Duenas competing in the recuve division of the 2023 Santiago Pan-American games. His has just released the string on his bow and his arrow is in mid-flight. His bow has lots of doohickeys on it - a fancy sight, a stabilizer, and two side rods. The bow looks weird.

finally maxxed my old school runescape account :3

my character getting 99 runecraft at the nature altar, surrounded by clanmates and friends

i fooled them by getting 99 prayer as well, using an ash sanctifier and my gf finishing off a bloodveld :3c

and since bloodvelds were my slayer task, i got 99 slayer as well :3c

On the max skillcape island, which you need 99 in woodcutting, agility, mining, strength, and construction to even reach, with the max skillcape on

i've been infected by the dark elf (druchii) brainworms and now i am going to make that all your problem. first though, not the wh40k dark elves (right), the warhammer fantasy dark elves (left)!

artwork depicting a druchii dreadlord. she is clad in black armour with gold flourishing and trims, with impractically pointy pauldrons. she has her white hair fashioned in a top knot ponytail, and wears a gold pointy mask which covers her nose and mouth.

artwork depicting a dark eldar lady. she has very few spikes compared to most of her kin, and her armour is almost practical-looking.

A customised UNO "reverse card". It has the colour scheme of the transgender flag, with a white border, and a long oval which is skewed slightly to the left, coloured with the pink from the transgender flag. the rest of the image has the blue colour from the transgender flag.

i too am interested in Nemesis. I mean, look at her

A portrait picture of Nemesis from the videogame Hades 2. She is fair skinned with a muscular build. she is wearing scaled iron armour, comprising of a chestplate, leggings (which leave the upper thighs exposed), and a clawed gauntlet on her left hand. attached to the gauntlet is a spiked metal buckler, and her right hand gently holds the pommel of her sword, which has a cartoony skull for a guard. the armour is adorned with red cloth flourishes. her black hair is messily tied in a top bun, and is flanked by two small floating wing-like decorations.

i see we are worshiping this false beast again. do not fall into the clutches of the disc horse! banish this abomination on sight!

an image of a horse with a disc superimposed on it. the joke being that "discourse" sounds like "disc horse". I am very funny and original.

someone's been playing the mystery of the droods

cover art for the game "Mystery of the Druids". It is a poorly aged 3d render of an old man's head, draped in a brown druidic hood. his expression is somewhere between aghast and murderous, with a gaping mouth which is probably screaming. if i was in the same game, I'd be screaming, too.

this is what a wharenui looks like btw - it's the a marae's meeting house. very intricate designs carved into the wooden pillars, flanked by tukutuku panels - woven panels of plant stalks or thin wooden strips which help with insulation. so beautiful,..

the entrance to a wharenui, or Māori meeting house. these are huge buildings designed to house an entire iwi (tribe) to, well, meet. the front of the whare is lined with carvings depicting this iwi's history - their whakapapa (lineage) includes their journey to get here as well as their ancestors

a photograph of the inside of a wharenui. the space is enormous, with one or two pillars in the centre. the walls alternate between wooden carved pillars and woven mats of intricate patterns.

incorrect. it is a taco. see this illustrated diagram:

a very poorly drawn diagram illustrating the basic shapes of a sandwich, a taco, and a book. a sandwich is two lines surrounding a rectangle which is whatever filling you want. a taco is mostly the same, but the outer shell makes a "U" shape. The book is illustrated to be a rotated taco. Ergo, a book is a taco, not a sandwich. This is a very important thing to discuss. I am not wasting your time at all.

did i forgor? yeah i did one time. but we still at it. 18!

an 18-day streak from duolingo. all days from sunday to friday are yellow circles with ticks, except for tuesday, which is an orb which is cutely frozen over. this is because i forgot to do languages that day, but the streak was "frozen" for that day.

also, i hope you're having a nice day :>

fun fact: australians use the word "goon" to refer to cheap wine bags, which they either boof or peg it up on a clothes line and chug it from there, as shown below:

a bag of box wine (known as goon) attached to a clothes line with 6 clothes pegs. the goon is attached there because holding the bag is a pretty big hassle
