Oh yes! Tonight I saw Japanese psychedelic space rock band Hibushibire at the Sunflower Lounge in Birmingham. It’s an underground venue and felt like 400C with insane humidity and they still put on a fantastic show. Recommended 👍

Just checked my media & only have 1 pic that shows my old shed. Lasted about 25 years until a storm took the roof off.

I was going to warn you about that 🙂 Held together with what seems like 1,000,000 self tapping screws, sharp edges and I would forever bang my head when I walked through the door. Good to sit in it when it’s raining 👍

CCM Spitfire Stealth Bobber. I bloody love this bike.

Yo! Jim! Long time no see! Overworked & underpaid but other than that, all good! Off to see “Beat” in Wolves next week which is a lot of ex King Crimson guys + Joe Satriani. Should be fun! All good in your world?

The Harley is sold !!! Say hello to the CCM Spitfire Bobber. I’ve gone from a 320 Kg bike to 135 Kg bike. The difference is noticeable 😁

Yeast demonstration. I baked the loaf on the right yesterday. Guessed the yeast had gone off. Baked the loaf on the left today. Exactly the same ingredients but fresh yeast 😮 It was the yeast I could do 😁

Shockingly good. Prior to this I had a BMW RNineT UGS and the HD is more flickable & soaks up all the bumps. It’s a better bike for the lanes 😮 Unbelievable but true. Only downside is that 320kg weight. It’s low down so hides it well but still a handful if going sideways on mud 🙂

This evening I went to the gym for the 1st time in ages (pay for it every month but seldom go) and had a mild workout. Now feeling slightly nauseous and have a craving for a McDonalds. And I hate McDonalds 🤔

Stage 2. Arlen Ness air cleaner, Cobra slip on and Screamin’ Eagle cam. The slip on is the weakest link and I’ll need a full exhaust to see significantly better numbers but I’m in no rush, it’s not short of grunt.

Thanks! It’s a Sport Glide. Has quick detach fairing and bags. Looks like this when fully clothed (different bars in these pics which have since gone back to factory)

I love the insanity of English country lanes. Single track, high hedges, mud, loose gravel, horse shit & road kill everywhere, water hazard, humpback bridge, pedestrians, cyclists, cars, tractors & wildlife all thrown together with a 60mph speed limit. In this case all on the same bit of lane! 😂

I got presale access to Rush tickets. I said I was done with stadium gigs but was prepared to make an exception, until I saw the price at checkout. £529.75 I’ll pass. Dug out a ticket from when I saw them in 1980 and it was £4.50. BoE inflation calculator says that’s £19.49 in today’s money. Ouch!
