I haven’t been feeling great. Actually I’ve been feeling pretty bad. Depression took another downfall again and I can’t seem to look up and find shiny thoughts. Reached out to a friend but it’s hard to explain what I need or feel. I think I might need a hug while I try and stop crying.

Moments of the past month I’m trying to be proud of: - I packed all 4 years of my life in Barcelona while only crying 50% of the time - I moved back to Porto to be closer to my family and work on my mental health - I’m slowly looking for new jobs and design gigs again
