helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024Soon, blockchain and Chainlink will be in your finance life, contracts, insurance and even on the internet you consume! Now you know the potential of decentralized tech :) 000
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024Chainlink is also widely used in insurance, finance and even gaming! 🎮 Its versatility in finding and validating information makes it so every area can benefit from it 000
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024Still don't believe that this is the future? Check it out: Telefonica, a Spanish telecom giant, partnered with Chainlink to use blockchain in fraud prevention in SIM cards. Chainlink is each time closer to you. 100
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024LET'S CONNECT EVERYTHING: Blockchain -> Smart Contracts -> Oracles -> Decentralized oracles -> Chainlink Chainlink is a VERY valuable piece of the puzzle 🧩 100
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024Chainlink works through nodes that collect and validate data. Each node collects data from different fonts in an extremely safe process. The nodes are rewarded for getting good quality info, which makes it even more credible 🤓 100
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024Chainlink is a decentralized oracle. 🖥️ Remember the centralized informations from before? Now, the goal is to obtain info from all kinds of fonts, validating it and obtaining decentralized safe data. Is that even possible? 100
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024If blockchain information is immutable, who is keeping the information current? This is where oracles come in handy 🔮 they are real-world data fonts connecting the blockchain to the outside facts. Let's see how Chainlink is a part of this: 100
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024Quick example: The smart contract checks real-world temperature data, and if it’s above 40°, it automatically transfers $10,000 to am insured farmer. No documents or long processes are needed. But here’s the issue: 200
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024Since smart contracts are written in clear code, they don’t need legal intermediaries to interpret them. No lawyer or long legal process required. Starting to see the benefits? 🤩🤩 100
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024Operating in the blockchain are the smart contracts 📝. These are coded agreements running in the blocks. They are also immutable, public and extremely safe. And how is that beneficial? I'll explain 🤓 100
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024This makes blockchains very safe. As information can't be changed, it can't be tampered with 🥷. If you still don't get the magnitude of this, check the next blocks ⬇️ 100
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024Are there other ways to use the internet? 🛜 Welcome to Blockchain Technology: Blockchains are information-filled blocks that connect to each other through a system of chains. The info from the chains are immutable, public and DECENTRALIZED. Mind this other term as well!! 100
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024How does information even get to us? 🤔 Normally, traditional information is *centralized*. Meaning: Only one person or company will gather and filter the information provided. Basically: Centralized. Mind this term, it will be important very soon!! 100
helena @helenacld.bsky.social · 19/09/2024WHAT IS CHAINLINK TECH AND WHY SHOULD YOU CARE? In this thread, I'll guide you through YOUR future on the web! 🧵⬇️ 100
