AHIT 2 for the 10th anniversary??

Heku @heku96.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Ye i was not talking about the main story when i said it endend on a cliff hanger, but the post-credits scene. Also i have to say, the movie was way less gay than expected. Why did Homu say she "admired" Madoka? I wasn't expecting a kiss nor a declaration but at least dance together or something~

Also, i noticed many people saying this was Rebellion 2.0, given the fake memories and all they see it as a fake closed world, but no, this is more like Wraith Arc 2.0, rewritten real world with memories that don't make sense.

The og anime had a perfect ending, Rebellion was 100% unnecesary, but ok, it was cool and got a cliff hanger ending that made this one necessary. But why keep it going...

Heku @heku96.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Akuma Homu powers are cool but didn't really understand how they fit her character/wish. And finally: What's with another cliff hanger? I understand shaft is on a crysis and want to exploit this franchise but cmon, i don't wanna wait another 10+ years. Like, let this story end?

Selma on the other hand, was a really nice villain and her motivation was good for her character, sadly she spent too much time playing dumb, she could have betrayed the nameless girl earlier and make the movie a 3 teams war idk.

Nagisa hitting the gainax on top of the Bebe-ship was hype as fuck. Now the mixed or negative: The other two new magical girls are... bad. Chouka is straight up filler and that makes me sad because i liked her. I would love to have her get more development.

Heku @heku96.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

The nameless girl is one of the best characters in the whole series imo, and by far the best one among the new cast. Her whole relation with Walpurgis and the origin of witches in general is great. Not sure if this retcon some manga, i understand some people may not like it in that case.

I watched Walpurgisnacht Rising yesterday and... i loved it! I was kinda scared because saw many mixed reviews. Still, i got some grips with it. Spoilers ahead First the good things: Animation, music and art direction were top level as expected, not sure is better than Rebellion tho, but close.

The update arriving alongside Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance will also let players change HUD elements, such as the health and stamina gauge effects, item display settings, and more to match the look of previous titles in the series: www.rpgsite.net/news/21416-m...

Madoka mangas are peak, i love the "different story" trilogy quite a lot. I wish the stories that are not about the holy quintet got localized too u.u
