Dracula's 'What is a Man?' - Castlevania SotN

I’m not sure why Konami doesn’t just port the original versions of Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night to modern consoles. The Castlevania Requiem version of Symphony of the Night changed the dialog of the game, thereby making it infinitely worse than the original version.

Both games are based on the versions you can unlock in Dracula X Chronicles on PSP. In fact, it seems to be running off a PSP emulator that Sony owns which is probably why it’s still a Sony exclusive.

I unfortunately never got the Super Gameboy. If I did, then that could have expanded my Gameboy library a lot. All I had was Wario Land 1 and F1 Race before my Gameboy become the Pokémon machine. The DKL trilogy would have been nice to have. At least I did end up getting DKC on Gameboy Color later.

In retrospect, I should have just asked my parents to just buy Land trilogy back then instead of trying to rent them, Land 2 specifically. I wouldn’t have had to wait to play them until they were put on the 3DS.

Donkey Kong Land 2 was my white whale at Blockbuster back in the day. I wanted to rent it when I saw it available, but the case it was in would never open no matter what the employees did. I never saw Land 1 or 3 available to rent either.
